Increase security and productivity with Single sign-on (SSO)

In today’s world, online security is paramount. A great way to enhance your organization’s security is through single sign-on (SSO). SSO allows users to sign in to multiple software solutions with one set of user credentials (e.g., username and password).

Enhance security, reduce risk

SSO reduces the risk of your user accounts being breached and third parties accessing your company data. SSO works with our Two Factor Authentication (2FA) feature to ensure maximum security.

Microsoft Azure AD and Google compatible SSO is currently available with Microsoft Azure AD and Google. Other SSO providers, such as Okta or OneLogin, are also in the pipeline, so please let us know if this would benefit you.

Convenient user experience

As a user, SSO makes life easier by removing the need to remember many passwords. Users of software with SSO will only need to remember one set of credentials to access all of their software applications, increasing the likelihood that they can use and remember strong passwords.

Once you have signed into an application through SSO, you can instantly log into all your SSO-enabled applications without having to re-enter your login credentials.

Save administrator time

ICT teams spend a lot of their time and resources resetting passwords to help their colleagues access the tools they need to do their jobs. SSO resolves this problem by reducing the number of login credentials that users need to remember, saving your ICT team time and money.

Want to enable SSO for your organization? Smart choice. Reach out to us, and we'll help you set it up.

Stay safe!
